
Hi, I'm Amanda
I’m a London-based Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc Hons, Dip CNM, mBANT), and I help busy people thrive at home and in the workplace through tailored nutrition and lifestyle programmes.
​Clients come to me with either specific health condition or suffering from symptoms including fatigue, bloating, stress or simply not like themselves anymore. They’ve often tried different diets, supplements, or advice from various sources, but nothing has made a lasting difference and they're unsure of what to do next. I love being able to educate and coach them to cut through all the misinformation out there and feel so much better by following a fully personalised approach to their health.

​My journey into nutrition followed 16 years working in leading blue-chip companies. At the time I was working hard and playing harder; eating poorly, often fuelled by coffee and wine. I struggled with anxiety, fatigue and was on the verge of burn out. My hormones were all over the place and my digestion was in bits. Juggling a family and a demanding job I began addressing my diet and lifestyle and noticed rapid and significant improvements. I felt more energised, my digestive and mental health were transformed, and I felt back in control of my hormones.

This spurred me on to retrain at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine and ever since I have been driven to share my learnings with others on a similar health journey. This not only focuses on individuals but also encompasses working closely with business teams to support Corporate Wellness.

I offer support on Optimising General Health, Gut Health and have a specific passion for supporting Women’s Health and Menopause.
