Working with me

I work with clients like yourself to create personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes. These focus on achieving your specific goals and alleviating symptoms which are preventing you from leading the full life you deserve. By finding out all about you, your health and your current food choices I can investigate which imbalances within your body may be driving your symptoms.

I will then provide a set of evidence-based recommendations which are rooted in the latest science and have been individually researched for you. The proposed plan will include suggestions on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements as well as recommendations for further testing if necessary. We will work together to  incorporate these changes into your day-to-day routine, with follow up consultations and check ins to support you on your journey.  

 

My aim is to provide you with sustainable  changes which will fit with your lifestyle and bring you the results that will enable you to thrive. This is why you will see my programmes last for up to 12 weeks. From experience I know that shorter time periods won't bring the transformational and long-term change that clients are looking for.

Where relevant for clients, it's also worth noting that my recommendations are always adapted to work effectively alongside  other medications including HRT.

What you can expect

Pre Consultation

I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and 3-day diet diary which will provide me with valuable information for our consultation.

Initial Consultation

Includes a 75-minute detailed discussion around your health history and goals. This will help me identify where certain imbalances may be driving certain symptoms you are experiencing.

Your Plan

Includes a personalised plan to achieve your health goals. This will include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, recipes handy tips and where relevant suggest supplements and referrals for further testing.

4
Follow Ups

Includes check ins and follow up sessions to discuss successes and challenges so that I can refine your plan as necessary. The number of check ins  and follow ups will depend on your chosen package.

Clinical Testing

To understand the root causes of symptoms you are experiencing I may recommend further testing. Whilst some can be carried out by your GP, I will use private laboratories for more specialised testing.   These can be invaluable in identifying underlying issues such as nutritional deficiencies, mediators of hormone imbalances or the drivers of under functioning bodily systems such as the digestive or cardiovascular system.

 

Some common tests include:
